She has a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through strategic negotiation, cost optimisation, and supplier relationship transformation—from transactional procurement to long-term strategic partnerships. Roslena’s leadership has consistently enhanced working capital performance while aligning commercial activities with broader corporate objectives.
A strong advocate of governance and risk management, Roslena has successfully embedded compliance frameworks into procurement and contract management functions, ensuring business continuity and regulatory alignment. She has also led the creation and institutionalisation of procurement policies tailored to business strategy and ESG standards.
Among her notable contributions, Roslena established a B2C market development platform that enabled over USD190 million in contracts, demonstrating her ability to bridge operational execution with long-term value creation.

Richard Kitts is an experienced senior executive with extensive experience in leadership roles with major companies in Asia, Europe and the US. Richard has forged his career within fortune 100 organizations through to fast moving start up companies. Most recently he held a Group Chief Executive role with one of Malaysia’s largest conglomerates. Richard is a multi faceted leader having held roles in companies such as Nokia and Cisco covering Global & Regional responsibilities for executive leadership and management of sales, technical services, project management R&D and overall leadership of very large teams. He has extensive experience in the Asia Pacific Japan and China region, due to spending many years living in these countries on multiple assignments. Richard is very effective and creative in enabling environments that foster positive change, growth and the agility to pivot to new opportunities before they emerge.

In his capacity as an Executive Director and board advisor, Ariveen plays a pivotal role in guiding strategic direction, optimizing operational performance, and safeguarding resource alignment within organizations. He provides executive-level counsel on digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and corporate technical restructuring, ensuring businesses remain competitive, agile, and forward-focused.

Manuel is spearheading the AI agenda in the enterprise world. He created DBS Bank’s first AI equity trading bot on WhatsApp, IHH Parkway’s first public-facing GenAI bot and the first AI-powered e-appointment system in Singapore, serving 350k patients a year.
Manuel’s career spans over 20 years. Manuel’s previous roles include Head of Customer Marketing at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Strategy Director at Wolff Olins, and CXO at various start-ups in the UK and Asia.
He won the UKTI/DBA Award, co- wrote investment papers with Goldman Sachs and has been quoted by Reuters, Bloomberg and the FT. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

Wade is the creator of OrchestratorX, an AI platform designed to serve multinational corporations in Singapore and Malaysia. A proven IT leader and technologist, he brings over 20 years of experience in IT strategy, architecture, solution design, software development, and cloud infrastructure (IaC).
He is driven by a passion to help organizations achieve their business objectives through strategic planning, innovative architecture, and secure, cost-effective solutions.
Among his key achievements, Wade successfully delivered DBS Bank’s first public-facing AI bot on WhatsApp, launched a large-scale online B2B real-time vehicle auction platform leveraging mobile and cloud technologies, and contributed to mission-critical trading systems in the Canadian and U.S. investment industries.
He has also played a pivotal role in developing industry-wide technology solutions that reduce time, cost, and risk in the Canadian investment sector. Wade holds certifications as a SAFe 4 Agilist/Product Owner and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
