Harith is renowned for acquiring new customers, securing substantial contracts, and consistently achieving business targets. His extensive background includes leading numerous high-profile initiatives that have significantly impacted the companies he has worked with, particularly in technology, supply chain, and digital transformation.

Roslena brings over 30 years of expertise in sales, key account management, supply chain management, and mergers and acquisitions. She has a proven track record of leveraging negotiation and sales techniques to achieve cost savings, enhance working capital, and optimize supplier relationships, shifting from transactional to strategic partnerships. Roslena ensures robust governance and risk management frameworks, integrating them into procurement and contract management. Her achievements include building a B2B market development platform that facilitated USD1 billion in contracts, pioneering a USD10 million standalone software sale, and leading digital transformation efforts for enterprises.

Richard Kitts is an experienced senior executive with extensive experience in leadership roles with major companies in Asia, Europe and the US. Richard has forged his career within fortune 100 organizations through to fast moving start up companies. Most recently he held a Group Chief Executive role with one of Malaysia’s largest conglomerates. Richard is a multi faceted leader having held roles in companies such as Nokia and Cisco covering Global & Regional responsibilities for executive leadership and management of sales, technical services, project management R&D and overall leadership of very large teams. He has extensive experience in the Asia Pacific Japan and China region, due to spending many years living in these countries on multiple assignments. Richard is very effective and creative in enabling environments that foster positive change, growth and the agility to pivot to new opportunities before they emerge.

Norazmi is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in diverse fields. His expertise spans product development for multinational corporations in the semiconductor and optical industries, as well as technical training for telecommunication personnel. He has successfully led digital transformation initiatives for both manufacturing and service corporations, while also guiding retail businesses in digital marketing and go-to-market strategies. A strong advocate for sustainability, Norazmi has driven business and operational improvements across various industry verticals, contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

Ts. Muhammad Hafiz Laili has an extensive background in AI, particularly in the deployment of AI-driven projects. As a Staff Researcher at MIMOS Berhad, he has been pivotal in the development and deployment of the REVA (Reagentless Vital Sign Analyzer) and AINS (Artificial Intelligence for Near Infrared Spectroscopy) projects.
